The Orders page

The Orders page is where you manage every imported Etsy order in one place. Orders flow in automatically, so this table is your single view of what’s sold and where each order stands.

One table for every order

Each order shows its channel, order number, buyer, total, status (Pending, Imported, Fulfilled, or Cancelled), tracking number, and order date. Click an order number to expand a detail panel with its line items, variations, quantities, prices, and any buyer message.

Find orders fast

Filters are built in and shareable by link: search by order number, buyer name, or email; filter by status or channel; or narrow to a date range. A clear-filters button resets everything.

Always up to date

The page refreshes itself every few seconds, so new orders and status changes appear without reloading. For labels and tracking, see Labels & tracking.
