Uninstalling SKUvio

You can remove SKUvio at any time from your Shopify admin, the same way you’d uninstall any app. Here’s exactly what happens when you do.

Your Etsy listings stay put

Uninstalling SKUvio does not touch your Etsy listings. Every listing stays live and unchanged on Etsy — SKUvio simply stops syncing between Shopify and Etsy. Your shop keeps running; the two storefronts just no longer talk to each other automatically.

Syncing stops

Once uninstalled, SKUvio no longer pushes inventory, imports orders, or sends email notifications. Stock changes in Shopify won’t flow to Etsy, and new Etsy orders won’t appear in Shopify, until you reinstall.

Billing and data

Removing the app ends your SKUvio subscription through Shopify’s billing — see Plans & billing. SKUvio’s access to your store is revoked on uninstall; for a full data deletion request, contact [email protected]. Reinstalling later lets you reconnect and pick up where you left off.
