Plans & billing
SKUvio has a plan for every stage, from a free tier for trying it out to Scale and Agency for larger catalogues and multi-shop sellers. Billing runs through Shopify, so there’s no separate invoice to manage.

- Listings — how many products SKUvio manages for you.
- Etsy shops — how many separate Etsy shops you can run from one Shopify catalogue. See Running multiple Etsy shops.
- AI tag ops — your monthly allowance of AI-generated Etsy tag operations.
- Translations — your monthly allowance of AI listing translations.
The number of Etsy shops is the main reason to move up: Growth unlocks a second shop and Scale takes you to five. See Usage & overage for how the AI and translation allowances work.
Billing through Shopify
SKUvio uses Shopify’s managed billing. Your subscription appears on your regular Shopify bill alongside your other apps — one payment relationship, handled by Shopify, with no separate card details to give SKUvio. VAT and receipts are handled by Shopify too.
Changing your plan
You manage your plan inside SKUvio:
- Upgrade — move up the moment you need more listings, another Etsy shop, or a bigger AI allowance. The new limits apply straight away and Shopify prorates the difference.
- Downgrade — drop to a lower tier when you need less. Make sure your usage fits the lower plan’s limits first.
- Cancel — stop your subscription whenever you like. Your Etsy listings stay exactly as they are — cancelling only stops SKUvio’s paid features. See Uninstalling SKUvio for what happens to your data if you also remove the app.
Because everything runs through Shopify’s billing, plan changes take effect through the standard Shopify approval flow.
Going over your allowance
If you use more AI tag operations or translations than your plan includes, SKUvio doesn’t cut you off — it bills a small overage of €0.03 per operation above your allowance, through the same Shopify billing. Inventory and order syncing are never metered. See Usage & overage for the details.
