SKUvio is built for EU sellers, and handling data responsibly is part of the job. Here’s how your information — and your buyers’ — is protected.

Encrypted credentials

The tokens that let SKUvio connect to your Etsy shop are encrypted at rest. They’re never shown back to you or exposed in plain text, so your shop connection stays secure even at the storage layer.

AI never sees buyer details

SKUvio’s AI features work only on listing content — titles, descriptions, and tags. Buyer personal information is never sent to the AI. Translating a listing or generating tags involves your product copy, never a customer’s name, address, or contact details.

Data access and deletion

As the merchant, you can request access to or deletion of your data. SKUvio also honours Shopify’s standard data-request and data-erasure processes, and uninstalling removes SKUvio’s access to your store. For any data request, contact [email protected].
